The Ricoh Aficio SP-5200S Black & White Copier is a small MFP, but works just as hard as the larger ones. Designed to deliver 4-in-1 printing, copying, scanning, and faxing functionality, Ricoh Aficio SP5200S will not only meet all your document needs, but also accelerate the work environment. It offers an incredible speed of 47 ppm with a crisp resolution of 600 x 600 dpi. Other innovative features include easy-to-use scanning capabilities, small warm-up time and first print/copy time, as well as standard automatic duplexing.
The SP 5200S Black and White MFP has a maximum monthly print volume of up to 15,000 pages and maximum paper capacity of up to 2,300 pages. Aficio SP 5200S MFP is provided with an innovative 8.5" full-color tilting LCD panel that allows user to quickly gain access to critical device information without compromising on device security. It comes with 50-sheet Automatic Reversing Document Feeder (ARDF). Ricoh Aficio SP5200S Black & White Printer is also capable of reducing file sizes for scanned documents without hurting the image quality.

Shipping
Shipment of your copier (actual ship date) will occur within 1-5 business days of receipt of your payment. Arrival at your delivery location will occur 1-10 business days from actual ship date. The cost listed in the sale is for commercial/industrial buildings that have delivery accessibility. Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges which may be $150.00 or vary in cost based on the shipping company. If the shipment is to these three states Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico then you will have to pay an additional shipping fee.
Return Policy
You will not be fully refunded after returning the product. You will have to pay a 25% stocking fee for the cancellation of an order after the item is received. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
